It’s a bit embarrassing really – to tell clients that they need to blog regularly. And provide training on blogging where I stress the need to blog regularly. And to then not blog myself. Sorry about that. Truthfully, it’s because we’re snowed under with work. We had a very busy July, August and September working with Care.com on all things Royal baby. It was a successful project – Care.com got worldwide coverage, online, in print and on TV and radio. The photo above is just a sample of the UK coverage! There are too many logos to get everything in one image…
We’ve also been supporting a client with building their website and helping the Mercury Events team to continue their show on show growth in the Wedding and Baby & Toddler markets. And this is as well as the usual ongoing work, monitoring, reporting and creative inputs we provide to clients on an ongoing basis.
Over the next month though, I’m going to be sharing some of the things that I’m seeing and are getting me thinking – I don’t necessarily agree everything that I will share, but but I’m re assessing where / who / what is most relevant at the moment. The bright, challenging minds can sometimes get a bit, well, stale, and so as a team, we are challenging ourselves again, to ensure that we are different to what’s out there already.
That’s not to say that we’re changing – because we’re not. We’re still to be found wearing jeans in the office, coming up with creative and innovative ideas after eating dark chocolate, and looking for ways to ensure that clients are in as many places as possible, at the same time, sharing messages that are aligned to their values. We want to keep moving, progressing and looking for new things to inspire us and the work we do for our clients!
PS. How did we get to autumn so quickly? It’s definitely time to put the heating on and this can mean just one thing – it’s time to start the Christmas pitches!
